Susan McDonald

The founding director of the consultancy is Susan McDonald, a registered Industrial/Organisational psychologist based in Canberra, Australia. Susan is a Member of the Australian Psychology Society (MAPS) and a Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. (AHRI)

Susan maintains a specialised knowledge of the current research in HR management. She has a particular focus on developing practical HR interventions for adding value to organisations and businesses and has international experience in research and consulting in organisational development.

Susan has recently worked with Australian public and private sector clients in performance management design and training, career development and counselling, selection advice and interview training, psychometric testing, reviewing/developing organisational structure, job design and competency analysis, developing communication plans, developing assessment and development centres, facilitation, climate survey analysis and personality profiling.

Bruce Walter

Bruce is the executive director for EnhanceHR. He has postgraduate management and accounting qualifications. Bruce has a special interest in strategic planning and aligning human resources with corporate goals. He is an experienced manager who has worked in both public and private sector organisations. EnhanceHR's clients benefit from Bruce's pragmatic business expertise and his understanding of the importance of economic drivers.

Bruce is also responsible for the management and co-ordination of projects. He aspires to provide the highest levels of client service and satisfaction.
